· Serve as chief legal counsel for a $85 million high growth
biopharmaceutical and information technology services business.

Supervise and manage all legal functions for three business groups
and provide related advice and guidance to senior management and

Responsible for all patent, licensing, trademark and related intellectual
property matters, including drafting and negotiation of complex
licensing agreements, review of patent applications and designing

counseled the Company on exit strategies through a sale and merger
with RealNetworks, Inc.

Negotiated, drafted, and managed over 50 software technology/collaboration
agreements with various companies, including AT&T, Viacom,
Blockbuster, and RealNetworks. Constructed and developed the Company’s
strategic vision, business models, business plan, financial projections,
and corporate strategic alliances.

Identified and protected the company’s patents, copyrights,
trademarks and trade secrets.

Served as lead counsel in raising over $4.8 million in private
and venture financings, in drafting and negotiating all offering
documents, and in managing investor relations.
